Ilan, the residence and service
centre of The Canadian National
institute for the Blind, was aw-
arded on June 18th. to McKay-
iCockei Construction Ltd.. Lon-
don"„ announced Ray A. Dennis,
Ghee man of the Tweedsmuir Hall
Board of Governors,
The cost: of the much-needed ex-
tension will be $129,000. The cost
of furnishings" and equipment is
estimated at •$15,000.
The new addition will provide
it bedrooms and a modern oc-
cupational workshop. The shop
will permit Cissu to expand its
subcontract service wince cur-
rently employs only 10 Mind
Persons. The expanded facilitis
will be large enough to employ
