The minutes of the last regular and two special meetings were read and adopted pn motion of McDonald and Shortreed — Carried Several items of correspond- ence were read and discussed. Motion of Sweeneiy and Mc- Taggart that the Board accept the resignations of Miss Gail Finlayson, Miss Donna Smith and Mrs. Eilizabeth Elliott, effective June 30„ 1965 — Carried Motion of 1VIcTaggart and Swe- eney that the secretary send a letter to the teachers who, have resigned expressing the Board's appreciation for their services - .aarried Motion of M.cTaggart and Mc- Donald that the Board secure deeds for the old school proper-' ties Carried Motion of Shortreed and Mc- Taggart that the chaimman secretary and Sweeney 'be a committee to investigate and Secure information about school buses — Carried Motion of 1VIcTaggart and Sweeney that the Board ask the Connell to take steps. to straighten the Beandary between Grey and, Elam~ School.
