Serves 5 Fs'asy and Economical
1 lb. sausage meat 1 egg, beaten
1 1/, tablespoons minced onion 10 canned Canadian
2 cups soft bread crumbs freestone peach
teaspoon salt - halves, drained
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning Whole cloves
Dash of pepper 1/2 cup peach syrup.
Combine sausage, onion, bread crumbs, egg and seasonings.
Form into ten balls. Bake in shallow pan in moderate oven
(350 degrees F) 25 minutes. Remove from oven. Drain Oil
fat. Drain peach halves and stud with 4 - 6 cloves. Place
a sausage ball on top of each peach nalf. Add syrup and
return to oven for 20 minutes basting syrup.

Room of the nurses' residence at
Wingham. All matters of bus-
iness pertaining to the ,Winghara
and District Hospital Asseciation
will be transacted including the
election of Directors and other
officers.
