A Plea For Sanity
This 'Hallowe'en
Once again it is the time for
ghosts and goblins to prowl, for
"tricks or treats" and UNICEF
support, but not the time for
destruction of private and public
property, not the time for the
thoughtless, or willful damage.
Let the youngsters have their
fun, let them visit and demand
their ""'trick or treat" and let us
be generous with our donations
to their UNICEF boxes, but, let
ti's hope that our more exuberant
Punsters do not carry their antics
too far, and wake up to find their
fun has become vandalism with
serious consequences to persons
and property.
Mny we have it "spooky",
"witching" Hallowe'en but not a
"ghastly". "gloomy" one.
