LOCAL LIONS ATTEND DISTRICT MEETING OF ONTARIO SOCIETY 'FOR. CRIPPLED CHILDREN Plans for the 1965 taster Seal campaign and the Program of activities carried on for crippled children by service clubs in the counties of Huron and Perth were discussed at a District. Council meeting of the Ontario Society for Crippled Children held Thursday, October 1st, 1964 in the Elm Haven Motel, Clinton. There are 23a Service Clubs in Ontario who are all actively engaged in helping crippled children. Each of these clubs will be conducting an Easter Seal Campaign in their com- munity from March 18th 'to April 1Sth next year, The resulting Easter Seal contributions are then used by the clubs and the Ontario Society for Crippled Children, to provide care and treatment for Ontario's needy Crippled children. Chairman of this district meeting was Mr. W. W. Haysom, Chairman of District Council No. '5, and the service clubs re- presented were: Lions Club's of Bayfield, Lions tqub of Blyth, Lions Club of Brussels, Lions Club of Clinton, Lions Club of Exeter. Lions Club of Coderich, Lions Club of Clirand Bend, Rotary Club of Listowel, Lions Club of Lucknow, Lions Club of Seaforth, Nous Club of Seaforth, Rotary Olub of Stratford. Lions Club of Wingbatn.
