of milk and hot coffee. The home economists of the Con-
sumer Section, Canada Departmet t or Agriculture, Ottawa,
advise adding, a chilled glass of vitaminized apple juice to
complete this nutritious 'breakfast.

contests:
(1) A scrap book collection of
tree leaves, open to all students
10 years of age and under.
Leaves must be named, pressed
and mounted. A hard cover scrap-
book 8" x 10" of not more than
30 pages. Entries forwarded to
Mrs. Ella Shurrie not later than
December 31st, 1964. The name,
