Miss Brenda Houston, daughter
of Mr. and Mrs. Rae Houston,
R. R. 2 Brussels, who , was
Huron; County representative in
the Ontario Dairy Princeas
Contest at the Canadian National
Exhibition, was eliminated in the
3rd Round along with the repre-
sentatives of Carleton, Halton,
and Victoria Counties.
Miss /Elizabeth Crawford, 24,
of R, R. 1: Port Robinson, public
school teacher at Niagara Falls,
who represents Welland County
won the third preliminary round,
The finals are scheduled for
Sept, 3rd.

In spite of the excessive rain
the annual event was highly
successful. There were a large
number of eXhibits with 2312
entries in 42 classes by 30
exhibitors.

strong in the. afternon with Mrs.
