bridge on the C.N1t line just

The CNR normally runs one
passenger train into Kincardine
each day and freight trains
make the run three times a.
week.
The trains are now being
stopped at Ripley_ seven miles
Southeast of ,Kinwaraine, and
passengers are being carried
between Kincardine and Ripley
by tat. Freight is trucked in.

She is survived by her hus-
band; sons, Lloyd, chief Beacon-

and, Roy, London; daughters,
Mrs. Jack (Etileen) Clark, RR 2
Auburn, and Mrs, Brian (Wilma)
Young, London; three sisters,
Mrs. Arthur (May) Helm and
Mrs. Alec (Irene) Woodrow, both
of London and Mrs. Mervin
(Mina) Blanch, Stratford.
She was a member of .Colborne
Street United Church and a
ineinber of the Women's Auxil
iary of Victoria Hospital.
The funeral service was con-
ucted Saturday by the Rev. W.
S. Taylor, minister, of c ol-
bailie street church at the A.
Miltaid George funeral home,
London, at 1:30 p.m.
Burial took place in Torest
Lawn Memorial Gardens.
Pallbearers were members Ot
the Canadian Corps of Commis-
sionaires.

provincial grants Tor hospital
construction began, Ontario had
16,472 public-hospital beds. BY
1958, there were 29,780 beds in
public hospitals and today, there
are more than 38,500. In addition
there are over 4,000 beds in
private and Federal hospitals
plus 23,000 beds in Provincial
mental hospitals and 1,825 in
sanatoria for tuberculosis.
