TH:t IRISH PIPItS,
played by M. Kelly, of Orillia. were
novelty introduced this year, and proved
to be quite interesting to )tot only the
spectators of Milesian extraction, but to
many others. The music from the Irish
pipe is not so strong and martial as that
of its Scotch cone eer, and is not so touch
adapted for open air display, but there is
ia soothing influence which is not distate-
ful to the casual observer.
