gelatine over water: let stand
IA, cup butter, melted 5 mins, to soften and dissolve
over hot water. Cool. Cream 1 1/., teaspoons gelatine cheese; gradually beat in icing
3 tablespoons water sugar, lemon rind and juice.
Blend gelatine into stiffly-
whipped cream; tel into
cheese mixture. Spread half
1 cup sifted icing sugar cheese mixture over crumbs in
cake pan.. Carefully spread
cherry filling on top. Add re-
maining cheese mixture and
sprinkle with remaining crumb
mixture. Chill and serve cut in
squares.
