action, against the Executor or

wrongdoer. An example is where
loss or damage was sustained by
reason of negligence in the oper-
ation of his motor vehicle by
another person, the person harmed
could, if by chance, the owner of
the car became deceased, sue
the Estate of the deceased
for damages, even though the car
was driven by another person.
Bill 10, amended the Junior
Farmer Loan Act and increased
the maximum amount of a loan
under the Act 'from $20,000 • to
$40,000, The Bill received first
reading on January 21st.

the House Leader of the Liberal
Party, Mr. F. R. Oliver, led off
for the Opposition in reply to
the Speech from the Throne. Mr,.
Oliver attacked the Goverment for
lack of economic planning in this.
Province. He pointed out that
Northern Ontario has an abun-
dance of Mining wealth which
hasn't even been scratched as
yet. If this had been done years
ago, this area would now be pro-
ducing abundantly and could
therefore be creating consider-
able more wealth in this Pro-
vince than is now being pro-
duced. 1-le suggested that a 4- ' Success comes to him who
lane highway be built to open up hustles while he waits..
