Honored By Friends
A miscellaneous suower was
held in honor of "Millis Linda
Dunn, On. Saturday eveing in the
Community Centre. Guests were
welcomed at the door by Miss
Beverly Evans and Mrs. George
'Cousins. Several contests' were
conducted by Mrs. Gordon Engel
and Miss Beverly Evans. The '
guest of honor -was seated in al
decorated chair underneath a
canopy of flowers, Willows and
streamers. An address Was read
by Miss .Elvans and the numer-
ous gifts were carried in by
several young girls. A suitable,
was made by the bride-to-be
and all joined in singing "For,
she's a jolly good fellow". A
botuitiful lunch was served.

Loudon, Listowel, and Wirrg-
ham,
Mr. and Mrs, Doug ilvaus
attended the funeral of her
uncle, .M1r, Earl Sholdice, in
Thornhill on Tuesday.
