GOOD TO KEEP 14.NAnAsAvjN;s:13oN11st()i Ethel Homemaking Club No. 1 The second meeting of the Ethel 4-H Homemaking Club was held at the home of Mrs. Kreuter, on September 16th at seven <Mock. All member; were preeent. The meeting was opened with, the 4-H. pledge. Ruth Dobson, press reporter and secretary, read the minutes of the first meeting. 'Pamphlets were given out by Mrs. Clarence Bishop. The girls, were given their notes, roll eau and home assignment. Mrs. C. Bishop demonstrated pasturization of milk using a home pastnriter. The girls made cocoa, cocoa syrup and dandy candy. The meeting closed with, "All Who do their best are equal". The next meeting will be tield at the home of Mrs. C. Biehop on September 23rd at eight o'clock. Orenlee Dairy •Maid. Third 'Meeting The third meeting, which was, held at the home Of Mrs. J. Wheeler on , Friday; 'September 13th was opened with the 4H pledge. It ,Was dedided to change the exhibit froM the "Magic, hillk Bottle" to "Milk on the TraY". The girls answered the roll call on "How to 'Use Milk in Different Forms at home', with, beverages, "SOnne, sautes, sonff- lee and deaserts. 0.11 Wilson read the minutes. The next meeting was announced for Friday, SepteMbet 20th at 7 p. m, IlEre. Wheeler had an exhibit Of cheese and gave notes. The demonstration On curdn and whey was omitted as the girls saw it at Molesworth Cheese Factory. Gall and Roseinary Blake made cheese toastwiches. Gorda demonstrated cheese cake `Which the glils thought very geed.
