The Williamson family gath-
ered at the home of Mr, and
Mrs, M. McGrath, Seaforth, on
Sunday, July 14, for their an-
nual picnic.
Owing to the sudden passing
of a niece and cousin, Aloxine
Williamson, the picnic took the
form of a social gathering. A
bountiful supper was enjoyed
by the 41 present.

PLAN AUGUST WEDDING
Mr. and Mrs. Hugh .L. ,Cienn.edy, Toronto, announce the
engagement of their elder daughter, Rathryn Mauna R. N., tO
Mr. George Doig P. Aug., son of 1Vir. and Mrs. Sharman Doig
of Lachute, Clu,eb. The marriage is set for August 17th in.
Toronto and the couple plan. to live in Town of Mount Royal,
Montreal.
Mrs. Kennedy is the former Mauna 1-1,amilton, daughter of
the late Nesbit Hamilton and Mrs, Gertrude Hamilton, long
time residents of Brussels until the family moved to Atwood.
Hugh Kennedy, vice-president of the KcCoxIne11, 'Eastman
Advertising Agency, London, and general manager of their
Toronto office, was also a resident of Brussels when he
was associated in business with his brother. Roy Kennedy,
of the Post pu.blishting House.
