Western Star 1, O. 0. F. and the Brussels Branch .of the Royal Canadian Legion. Oddfellows, Rebeltahs, Legion, and 'Ladies An4litary members honored the memory of deceased members. The x.o.o.r. service was con- ducted by Noble Grand Glen James, assisted by the Chaplain, of the lodge, Robert Richmond. The names of deceased brothers honored in the memorial' service, were read by Murray Cardiff. Mrs, Robert Gemmell read the names of the departed sisters of Morning Star Rebekah lodge. Mrs. George McCutcheon perform- ed the chaplain's duties, The Rev. T,i. L. - Jennings, speaker for the occasion. gave an inspiring address. The Legion Honour rolls were read by Tom MacFarlane, Last Post and Reveille were sounded, The benediction was prnounced Rev H. L. .Tennings, The Queen ooncludeci the service. She was the former Jennie , Poole, Surviving are her hus- band; three daughters, Mrs. Wellington (111m,bel) Marks, 'Morris TownshiP; .Mrs„ John )Lila) Sullivan, and Mors. Barry ),Florence) Wright, both of London; seven sons, Samuel at home; Ronald, Brussels, and John, Robert. William Bert and Thomas all of London.
