We must provide opportunities in Huron for the employment of
Huron boys and girls as they graduate. Additional industry in
Huron towns can provide these opportunities, and will be encour-
aged by a Liberal Government!
But first we must make certain that Canada has a strong, re-
sponsible and stable •Government a Liberal Government that
speaks with decision!

Cranbrook Evening Auxiliary
The March meeting of the
Cranbrook 'Evening Auxiliary
was held at the home o t: Mrs. Jack
Knight with la members .preseue
The leader, Mrs. Nelson
opened the meeting with a read-
ing followed by the first four
verses of hymn 552. The. Script-
ure, psalm 24, was read in unieon.
The meditation, (The Eands of,
Jesuis Christ) was read by Mrs.
Nelson. The meeting was then
turned over to the, president.
The secretary's report was
read and approved and the roll
call was answered with a bazaar
article. The colleetion, was taken
by Eelen Smith.
Because of a nuanoee of
expenses in the near future our
president gave us some suggest-
ions to make some money, We
decided by secret ballot to have
a cannned food collection. It. was
moved by Yvonne Knight and
Seconded by Eleanor Stevenson
Via we bring what we want
This will be used for roll call.
The W.MiS,. ladies offered as
their Study Book, It was moved
by ,Marilyn Engel and seconded
by Yvonne Knight that we
borrow it when needed.
We were given a very kind
invitation to Mrs. Nelson's for
the May meeting to see a film.
The plans for the Mtty 'meeting,
were made.
(The topic (There are many'
privileges that carry responsi-
bilities) was given by Doris,
l%foDonald.
The [meeting was closed with
two verses of hymn 5200 and
