First Meeting
The first meeting . of • the
Brussels Club "Being
Dressed and Well Groomed" was
held on reburary 2nd at the borne
of Krs. J. 'Wheeler at .1. :30 pan.
The meeting opened with the.
pledge. The following officers
were elected:
President. Alice DevrieS
Vice Pres. Gorda, Bxel
Pianist Dianne Kirkby
.Secretary and ;press reporter
will be any girl chosen at each
meeting.
Moll call was :Laken with all
girls present. The name chosen
'for the club is "Brussels
Groomettes". The books are
plastic covers with white hack-
ground and blue lettering.
The next meeting will be held
on February ilth at, 1:30 p.m. at
the home of INIrs. Wheeler.
The Club leaders gave as
club objecti yes, notes, home
assignments and • material
samples. Demonstrations on a
sewing box by Dianne Kirkby
and measuring - by Gail Wilson.

the skit for Achievinent Day were

participate.
