new post by Miss Helen McKer-

omics, and members of her
staff, Miss Scott succeeds Miss
Florence I'. Eddie, who retired
at the end of last year after 36
years' service With the depart
ment.

old Institute, Guelph, Miss Seat
is well known to people of rural
Ontario, having served as coun-
ty home economist in Perth,
Huron, Bruce and. many other
