Bradnock, of Auburn, was installed 1963 president of Huron Presbyterial W.VLS, (W. D.) at the 78th annual meeting held Tuesday, Jan. 8, at St. An- drew's Presbyterian Church, Clinton. Mrs. Bradnock suc- ceeds Miss Eva Somerville, of Goderich. In the absence of Miss Somerville, the meeting was presided over by Mrs. D: R. MacDonald, of Hensall. The secretaries read the an- nual reports, and plans were discussed for the year's work ahead, The devotions were tak- en by Mrs. E. Campbell and. Mrs. H. Hyde, of the Hensall Auxiliary.' The Hamilton and London .Synodical meetings will be held in Knox. Presbyterian Church, Wingham, April 2, 3 and 4. 1963. The de- claration of office was signed by the reeve, Stewart Procter, and Councillors Walter Short- reed, William Elston, JameS Mair and goss Smith. Rev. J, H. Anderson, of Bel . grave United Church, was prey ent and conducted a devotional period, Walter Shortreed ex- pressed appreciation to Mr. An- derson on behalf of the coun- cil. It was agreed that the salar- ies of the reeve and council- lors for 1963 be the same as in 1962, Ross Smith was named Morris representative on the Maitland Valley Authority, and James Mair, the representative on the Brussels Recreational Committee. William Elston and Clare Van Camp will be representatives on the Belgrave Arena Board. Stewart Procter and Walter Shortreed represent Morris on the Blyth Fire Area Board. Stewart Procter and Ross Smith represent Morris on the Wing- ham Fire Area Board, 'and Jas. Mair represents Morris on the Brussels Fire Area Board. Coun- cil recommended that Robert H. Coultes be Morris representa- tive on the Wingham Hospital Board. • The Blyth Standard was awarded the printing contract, for 1963. R. M.
