Alan Williams, optometrist of Wingham was 'introduced by the president and he explained the defects 'which school children may have; in their eyesight. He suggested several symptoms which could be noticed and warned that lack of progress in school can often be caused by defective vision. This was demonstrated in a film "What's in Sight" which he showed following his talk, A helpful question and answer period followed and Mr, Williams received the thanks of the meeting,.
