held on Saturday, night with
a slightly lower than :usual attend,-
ance due, no doubt, to the gloomy

'the gloom lightened as we chose six

a very close contest.
A novelty dance, which t will not
attempt to describe, (You have to see
It to believe It) was won by .Tohn
Strickler and Nancy IVIcWhirter.
