OF THE COUNTY OF HURON TO
REGULATE THE LOCATION OF
BUILDINGS AND STRUCTURES
ON LAND ADJACENT TO COUNTY
ROADS.
WHEREAS, it is deemed to he
necessary and desirable to regulate
the location ,of buildings and,
structures on land adjacent to
certain county roads,
AND WHEREAS authority is
granted under .Section 64 (1) of the
Highway Improvement Act It S.
1960 and Section 30 of the Planning
Act R. S. O. 1960 to exercise such
Power :subject to the approval of the
Municipal Board;
