Huron Colanty Highways Depart-
ment, as per their letter of April 6,
1961, regarding the construction of
road 1.2 within the southerly limits
ef.13'-itissels; the Village to he re-
sponsible for the curb, catch basil
drains and ,tops, backfilling of curbs
and tree triinming; that the County
call for tenders for the curb —
tender price to be agreeable to the
village , and the Village agrees to
pay for the Garbs agreed upon
