After Repeal
Many people are asking
"What legal outlets will be established
in Huron after repeal of the. OTA?"
HERE. ARE THE FACTS
The larger county towns will be eligible for a
government liquor store and brewers' retail
store — WITHOUT A FURTHER VOTE.
The Canadian Legion in Seaforth could apply
for a private club license — ALSO WITHOUT A
VOTE.
NO PUBLIC LICENSES
Beverage rooms, cocktail bars or any other public
licenses could not be issued in Seaforth unless
they are approved by three-fifth of the electors
in a second vote under the Liquor Licence Act.
