The ithird meeting of the "Brits!
sell Busy Beauties" of the
Garden Club was held on July 17th,
tu. the Brussels Library. Audrey
'Wheeler, the president, opened the
Meeting with the singing of
Canaida.". The neinuites of the
proVione meeting were read by
Dianne Kirkby, the secretary,
Mrs. McAllister, the Herne Beano,
mist of Heron waS present at the
meeting.
-The roll call, being "one improve-
ment I have made around my home.",
was answered* by 10 girls, Many of
the girls had painted steps, fences
and several other things..

Bach. girl had hoes asked to bring
a hosettat of flowers tb the meeting,
Some of these hoquets looked lop-
sided but after getting pointers from
Mrs. McAllister cbleity , were made in
look attractive.-
After .repeating the 4-11 Pledge,
ebairs. were arranged -in a circle
and a tasty Lunch enjoyed,
Auldrey Wheeler lad the honor of
• presenting Mrs. McAllister with, a
• snip and- saucer winch was deeply
,'appreciated.
