There are certain people who because of Religious Convictions
do not wish to become members of an orgtekeization like the Water,-
loo Cattle Breeding Association, We do appreciate these convictions
and for this reason fartive especially prepared a. non-member's
rbdreement as follows:

Breeder. hetreinafter called the "Breeder" of the Second part,
WITNESSETU that, in consideration of the agreements end
undertakings herein contained the Pasties hereto agree each with
the other as follows:
1, The "Breeder" herewith wakes application to the "Assoc-
iation" for approval of ihia, non-memil)er agreement and if accepted
aRtees to pay rime Dollars ($6.00) to the "Association" and furthe
figrees ;to live up to all rules and regulations now in force or here.
after adopted by the "Association," The "Beeedes' further rep-
resents that he is unable to sign the regular etvembers ,agreetaent
because of his religious convictions.
The payment of this Five Dollars ($5,06) does not make the
"Breeder" an active voting member of the "Associatioa" nor shall
such payment make the "Breeder" responsible for any legal actions
which might be taken by -the "Association."
3. The "Association" will snake Available etc,- the "Breeder"
'the services of healthy bulls of recognieted merit and breeding,-

the services of a technician or technicians who will give Artie
ficial insemination to female animals,
5. The Officers of the "Association" agree to keep and usa.leD

illation, pedigrees of the shies, health records of the sires, female
identificabion,, and such other records, as miry from time to time be
deemed necessary by the Board of Directors of the "Association."
6. It.is intiAtally agreed and understood that the Board o
Directors, of the "Association" shall establish the fee to be chargext
by the "Association" for insemimetitig fetnale animals. The
"Breeder" agrees to pay the fee specified in such manner as May
be determined by the Board of Directors.
7, The "Breeder" does hereby for himself, his heirs, repectSele-
tattees and assignes release the "AssociAllon" of all liability a
every kind and nature arising or which Might itrise, froth any net
