Passed away suddenly after
'a lengthy illness,, in 'Victoria Hos-
pital London, 'on Friday May 15th,
Ella Kerr .daughter of Sarah Max.s
Well and the late George Kerr,
Born in Morris township, she=
Spent most 'of her life In this com-
munity, ,-Havling graduated es a
nurse in Clinton Public Hospital, she
spent a number of years in that
profession, returning in later years
to reside in _Brussels.
She leaves to mourn their loss her
.mother; two :brothers., Jahies of
Morris township and Wesley of
iThetesels; also one nephew, Stuart
Kerr, of Guelph.
Funeral services were held at the
D. A. mann funeral home 'on Monday;
May 18th, Rev, J. Co-eerie of Melville
Presbyterian Church officiated.
Butial in ;Brussels, cemetery. Pall
bearers were john Yuili, D. M. Mac-
TaviSh,. James Am strong, Robert
Gemmell„ Walter Kerr and William
Spelr.

at the D. A. Rama funeral home by ,
,his pastor, Rev. J. Greene of Mel-
ville clerch. A great niece, Anne
Cardiff, sang "In The Garden". a
favourite of the departed, accent-
palsied by 'Airs, Walter Kerr.
There were many beatiful floral *,
tributes and Gideon Bibles.
Interment was made in Ertitsela
Cemetery and he was carried ta rest
by the Yellowing pallbearers: Ed-
!weed l3ryans, Harvey Bryans, JaS.
McFarlane, John Yuill, Joe Brewer

He was born on, the 31st October
1386 in Morris Township and attend-
ed school in Brussels .He taught in
Grey and 11-oderich townships before.

first World War And when he return-
ed home, took over the farm where
he had resided ever since. He was
unmarried and is survived by two

was plredeceased 'by three brothers,' ;
and a sister.
