shocked to hear of the sudden
passing _of Orval McNichol on
'Sunday. July 27th, 1958, iin his 49th
year. Mr. McNichol had not been
in the best of health for a numb'er
of weeks, but he had been confined
to bed for only a week before his
death.

M. McNichol was born in Walton 1
He was the son of Mrs, James M,c-
Nichol and the late Mir. McNichol.
He repent all hts life in McKilloa
and 'Grey Townships. He farmed
for a number of years,' operated a
trucking business, and worked as a
carpenter.
In 1937 he Was married to Hulda
Querengesser who predeceased him
in 1949,
He is )surlvtiv ed by his two sons,
Louis and William at home, his
.moener 'of Walton, one sister Annie
of Belgefeve. and four brothers,'
Andrew, of Se.alforth, Ross, of
Kippen, Lorne, of Stratford, . and
(George of London. One brother,
Dungan, jeiredeldeaed Vim in 1954.
The funeral senvtce was con-
ducted by the Rev. M. !Thomas of
Duff's United Church, Walton, from I
the D. A. Rann funeral home, 1
Brussels on Tuesday, July 29th, at

alho pallbearers ' were Harvey
Craig, Rey Willeams'on, Herbert
Williamson„ Wm, rrhanier, Gordon
Murray, and Lorne. Ilulley.
Flowerbearees were Ralph and
Mein McNichol.
Interment was made In Brussels
cemetery.

than last week at the Brussels
Livestock Sales Yards, while heifers
held (steady and, cows gained 50c a
(hundred weight. Choice steers
'brought $22.50 to $02.90, Good $21.50
to $22.50; Heifers Good, $19.30 to
$20.60, Medium, $18 to $19; Cows
Good, $16 to $17.20; Spring Lambs
sold from $19 to $20.90; Calve4 from
$20 to to $48
in the pig ring suckers and weev-
ers were up $1.00 to $1.50 on a
eight run. Suckers $11.80 to $15.10;
Weepers $1.6.00 to $19.00; el. Chunks

Mrs: Miller and. her helpers, the
guests returned home wishing
Donna and Roy the best in their new
home.
