The use of national grades continues to be optional un- less otherwise required by provin- cial authorities, This grade revision will split the old grade C, or Commercial, into two grades; Standard and Com- mercial. Provision is Made to sub-divide the Commercial into three classes where desired. The letter designation of the grades has- been dropped and grade names will be used exclusively. Further- more, slightly more restrictive standards with, respect to excess fat on the top grades is involved.
