or pay $5.00 EXTRA
into the Unsatisfied Judgment Fund
To the Editor and Readers
of the Brussels Post: ,
With 1967 ended it is naitural to
look back over the past and at, this
time on :behalf of the Huron District
Farniers union I would like to thank
the Brussels Post for tihe co-oper_
anion and ass6'stance it has 'given,
our organization.
In looking back over the past
year, for ',farmers it is very dis-
•coura,glIng Ito note that according
to statistics, our net income will he
lower in 1957 `than in 1956. The one
bright spot in the farming picture
is that farmers as well at govern-
rhents are realizing the important
part that a grass roots farm organ-
ization such as the Farmers Union
call play in bringing. a fair share of
the national income to agriculture.
As an example of this all political
parties during the last election cam-
paign gave special attention to
the agriculture 'eltuntion, "and as
another example, in the last month
our preSent government has asked
for representation on three' occas'
ions, from the Farmers tTnion. in
connection with the new farm bill.

MALE HELP WANTED
Large United states and Canadian.
Manufacturing Company requires
Field Representative in Morris
and Hay townships. Exteptionally
high earnings, Guaranteed repeat
b'usiness'. Automobile essential.
Agricultural or farming background
8th of Morris Here's why: The additional $5.00 fee to be paid by motorists
without Liability coverage is made necessary because of the
new increased maximum payments available from the
Unsatisfied Judgment Fund. The Fund was established by
the Government to help"pay judgments arising out of acci-
dents involving uninsured motor vehicles. Drivers of•such
vehicles must repay the full amount of the judgment to
the Fund.
If you do not have liability insurance, and are involved in an
accident, you could lose everything you' own, Should a
Judgment be made against you, and you do not have Liability
Insurance or other means of meeting it, you could lose your
home, your motor vehicle, your savings and a large part of
your future 'earnings to meet the judgment.
