The Annual Commencement Ex-
ercises for the. .101raduating Class of
1957 of the Wingham District High
School will be held on Friday, Oct.
25th, at 8.15 (DST) in the school
auditorium. There will be a mnsical
programme, presentation of dip- (

Secondary Schools.

Mrs, Alex Rutledge
The death of Mrs. Alex Rutledge,
the former .Janette Speir,' occurred.
`suddenly, et her home in Brussels,
on .Saturday. October 13th, in her ,
(17-th year. She had been in failing
health for some time.
She is survived' by her husband:

Ned,. Brussels; three daughters, •
Mrs. John (Dorethy) Dennison.,
Merlin; Mrs. Ruse. (Lyle) Hall, and
Mrs, Gus (Noreen) Flthefe both of

the D. A, Rann Funeral Home,
Brussels. on Monday October 14th,
