Floats featured pioneer homes, t)ople and scenes, square dance groupe, huge bletlulay cakes, live turkeys and racoon, and beautiful girls, among other things. A long-time resident expressed her .enthusireetn in the words "the beet parade 1 have. ever seen 'here". The music of Goderich Girls Tram- pet Band led the parade to the park. Other bands taking part in tile parade were Seaforth Nighlandert ,Belgrave and Brussels Pipe. Bantle -and Wingleam Boys and Girls Lions. Band.
