was held •on Friday evening, Nov.
Ilth, in the Pre.sbyterten church,.
The meeting opened with a hymn and
Prayer by Betty Aloock, The scrip,
Woe lesson taken from Mathew was
read by Edna Diehl. Mrs, Matheson
read a story about an Indian boy,
Yaz,y (meaning David.), which Naas
very interesting. The 'secretary's re,
port was given by Jean Smith. 14
members ,answered the roll call. The
treasurer's report was given by
Jean .Carriff. A, name and motto was
suggested with the name Weire_ lo
being chosen- Mrs, Matheson In-
structed the girls in the malting of
puppets, Ile collection was taken'by
Jean Cardiff., A hymn wigs folloWed
by taps and the benediction. The
next meeting will be on Nov.25th.
