Ethel, Mrs. Lucinda King, who
as now residing in Listowel, scele.

Wednesday, Feb. 23; at the home of
her niece, Mrs. Carrie Willis.
Although Mrs. King's activities
now are confined "to reading and
listening to the radio, until recent-
ly her days were full with home,
church and" ,community activities
"I never shad -many spare moments",
She said in describing her life in
Ethel, and on a farm in Grey town-
ship during her earlier yeaer$
Born in dray township, near Ethel,
Mrs. King wish a daughter of. Mr. and
Mrs. William Lake and it was at
their home on. Valentine's Day in
1888 that was married to John
Rine, who died in 1912. •
—erre— After their marriage they lived on
a farm on the 10th. coneeesAon, Grey
township, -until they moved to tittel
in 1919. When they moved to Ethel
their home was across the street
• team the Methodist Churoh, later
Ethel 'United March, and Mrs. King
spent a good deal of her time on
church activities.
