Plan Fall Fair
Plans were finalized for
this year's Brussels Fall Fair
when the agricultural society
met last week. Earl and
Martha Heywood will per-
form in the Crystal Palace
Tuesday September 15 and a
parade will launch the fair the
next day.
Nightwatchmen and people
to man the gates on fair day
were chosen as well.
The society is sponsoring a
Queen of the Fair dance Sept.
5. The program includes
speeches by contestants at 8
p.m., the crowning at 10:30
and dancing from 9 to 1.
Lunch will be served.

came first, the chicken or the
egg?". Any girls wishing to
take this project are request-

from Seaforth Community
Hospital where she had been
a patient for several weeks.

Mrs. Viola Kirkby has been
holidaying at her cottage at
Point Clark. Mrs. N. Brown,
Monkton spent a few days
with her over the weekend.
