Mrs. Bert Scott and David of Toronto are at their home in the village. Mr. and Mrs. Brian Baulk nee Elizabeth Galbraith, formerly of Gorrie are the proud parer* of a baby boy Adam Matthew on July 11 at Stratford General Hospital. Mr. and Mrs. Clifford Pyke, Mr. and Mrs. Brian "Steffan Batery" of the Pol- ish Ocean Lines. Because of inclement weather they were unable to land. at St, Pierre and Miquelon as intended, Many former residents are expected to return to our village July 31 to August 3 to help celebrate the 125th An- niversary of Morris Town- ship, The three churches are planning special services for Sunday morning. August 2. The Anglican and Presbyter- ian congregration will meet at 9:30 as usual and at the United Church the service will be held at 10. All three churches will then gather at the Institute Hall for a pot luck lunch and a chance to renew old acquaintances. Norma Nethery of Hamil- ton is spending a few days with Mrs. Telford Cook and visiting other relatives. Mrs. Howard Zettler of Chepstow visited with her mother, Mrs. Robert Procter, Friday. Mrs. Dennis Ensom of Sarnia visited over the week- end with her mother, Mrs. Robert Procter. Other visit- ors Sunday at the same home were Mr. and Mrs. Howard Zettler of Chepstow, Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Hill, Jeffery, Richard and Robbie of R.R. 1 Tavistock, Iris Johnston of London, and Dennis Ensom of Sarnia, and all attended the 50th Procter reunion • which was held in the W.I. Hall, Belgrave. Mr. and Mrs. Hugh Frisby of Bjorkdale, Saskatchewan, spent a few days last week Pyke, Mr. and Mrs. Irving Toner and Mr. and Mrs. Max Bell were guests at the Toner and Byer wedding in 'tufts- ville Lutheran Church. The reception was held in the Palmerston Legion Hall, Mr. and Mrs. Claude Hall of F trford also attended and Mrs. Hall and • Randy re- mained for a longer visited with relatives. Mrs. Gerald Galbraith is visiting a few days with Mr. and Mrs. Brian Baulk of Stratford, Mr. and Mrs. Gerald Hyndman, Neil and Nicole ,snimt Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. Allan Hyndman at Port with his sister, May Rinn. Mr. and Mrs. Bruce Scott of Toronto visited on Wed- nesday with May Rinn. Mr. and Mrs. John Little of Edmonton Alberta spent a few days with their cousins, Agnes Rieman and her bro- ther, George Inglis, and other relatives in this area. Douglas Bieman of Iro- quois Falls is now taking a course in Guidance through Western University of Lon- don. Muriel Bosnian, Mr. and Mrs. Anthony Skorich and Stephanie of Sault Ste. Marie were weekend visitors with Mrs. George Cook and at- tended the Cook reunion at the Community Centre in Belgrave. Mr. and Mrs. John Camp- bell entertained at their home Sunday inp honour of Mr, and 'Mrs. Lorne Camp- bell's 15th wedding anniver- sary, which was on July 16.
