Sheila Richards of RR3,
Brussels attended the annual
meeting of the Girl Guides of
Canada in Toronto on June 4
when the new Chief Com-
missioner and two Deputies
were installed,
Mrs. Richards, an elected
member of the National
Council, has been active for
over 20 years in Guiding and
has been a Ranger and Guide
Captain.
