Second high men's single was Jim McFarlane with 281 and Jim dams was third with 273. Second high triple was USE Post WANT-ADS Phone 887-6641 .Jim Adams with 749 and Larry Keffer was third with. 655. For the ladies, Wilda Higgins was on top with her 217 single and 575 'triple. Second high single was Karen Ireland with 208 and Lorraine Secrctt was third with 194. Janet Burnes was 2nd high triple with 502 and Judy Adams was third with 499. Following the three six:end games of curling a smorgasbord banquet was catered by the B,M.G. cater- ing group. Dancing to records and a sing-song around the piano ended the enjoyable day. Winners of a special draw were BonnieTaylor and Ernie Lewington. All teams won prizes. Top winner of the day was Bob Alexander's team with 46% points. Hugh Pear- son skipped with Donelda Pearson as vice; Bob Alexan- der- second and Joyce Al- exander- lead. Their names will be engraved on the large trophy. It may be of interest to note that they got a seven- ender in their first game, something that is fairly rare. Second prize on the 10:30 draw and very close to top was Stewart Steiss's team with 48 1/4 points. Other members of his team were Madeline Steiss, Doug Ward and Liz Ward.
