Christmas visitors at the homd of Mr. and Mrs. Glenn Snell were Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Dettman, Wroxeter, A Sunday afternoon pro- gramme was arranged by Mrs. Mabel L. Gray. The pianists were Mrs. Elta Snider from Goderich and Mrs. Helen Bryans from Mitchell. The residents were entertained by a fine group of talented musicians, which also included violinists, Mrs. Ruby Stadelbourer from Mitchell, Mrs. Mabel Gray Jim Mulhern and Bill Hughes from Goderich and Ern Harley from Mitchell. As well as leading in the singing of carols the en semble played a few favourite semi- classical numbers which were much enjoyed. Mrs. Harrison pleased her au- dience very much with her lovely solo, "The Birthday Of The King" b% Neidlinge. Ern Harley's s( .lo "Silent Night" was a favourite of everyone. This splendid concert in music brought a beautiful end to the Chrstmas festivi- ties. Obituary GRACE MARGARET HUNT Grace Margaret Hunt, wife of James Hunt of Durham, passed away in 'K.W. Hospital on Dec. 14, 1980. She was born to Mr. and Mrs. F.E. Googe of Long Granch on .March 28, 1923. Mrs. Hunt is survived by four daughters, Joan' (Mrs. Gerald Miller) of Brussels, Gayle (Mrs. Wm. Barton) Durham, Pat (Mrs. Paul Miller), Durham and Frances at home and five sons, Bryan, St. Thomas; Fred, Durham; Tom, Seaforth; Jim, Mitchell and Robert at home, also two sisters and one brother. Mrs. Hunt was prede- ceased by her first husband, killed in action, and one brother.
