AWARD WINNER--Melinda Hamilton was a. third place winner in the
Ministry of Natural Resources (MNR) essay contest. The topic could be
on anything in natural resources, and Melinda chose to write about
skunks. For her efforts, she received a lapel pin and book from Blake
Evans of the Wingham MNR who presented her with the award on
