Majestic Women's Instithte met for its Novem- ber meeting in the Library Basement with, a good atten- dance. The theme was Agri tare and Canadian Industries A note was read from the Brookhaven Nursing Home in Wingham, expressing thanks.for the birthday party put on by the Majestic Women's Institute in Octob er. Kate Wilson Was thanked for laying the wreath at, the Cenotaph. It was decided to donate $10 towards the Terry Fox Cancer Fund, to be given. to the pupils at' the Brussels. Public School who have been running to, raise • money. Dorothy Steffler reported on the Area Convention' which she had attended in Guelph in October. Kate Wilson, leader foi the CreWel Embroidery course, reported that the- , course will be delayed due to the illness , of Isabel Adams,, who is also, leading the course.
