Guelph Area Convention were Mrs. Bert vanDonkersgoed, Mrs. Frank Workman, Mrs. Clare Veitch and Mrs. Gordon Engel. Several of our W.M.S. members attended the Fall Conference held in Atwood Presbyterian Church on Oct. 22. A crewel embroidery course will be held and anyone interested is asked to contact either Mrs. van Donkersgoed or Mrs. Jack Conley. visiting her son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Spence McKinnon and their family. While' there she will be . attending a shower for her grand daughter, Barbara Ann who is being married in early December. Sunday supper guests of Mr. and Mrs. George Fischer were Mr.. and Mrs. Joe Walker, Sheila, Marie Cranbrook Mr. and Mrs. Henry Kemps, Mich.: visited for several days last week with Mr. and Mrs. Bert van Donkersgoed. Mrs. Ida Gordon has just returned from a Southern tour to Key West, Florida; where they visited the Ernest Hemingway house, built of native coral rock in 1851.
