JAMES McNEIL
James McNeil of R.R. 2,
Walkerton died in Victoria
Hospital, London on
Thursday, October 9 as the
result of a car accident. He
was in his 39th year.
He was the son of Mr. and
Mrs. James McNeil of
Brussels who survive.
Surviving also are his wife,
tlie former Dianne Kirkby
and twin daughters, Theresa
and Paula both at home.
' Mr. McNeil who taught
school in Hanover was a
nominee for the Dick
Aipinall Memorial Award in
1979--an award presented
annually to an educator in
officiating, Burial was in the
Wroxeter cemetery,
Pallbearers were Ron and
Glen McMichael, Murray
Mtilvey, Scott Hunter, Lloyd
Lamont and Oliver Riley.
82nd Year.
He was born, in Turnberry
Township, son of Robert and
Magdalena Hupfer and was a
beekeeper by trade.
He was predeceased by his
wife the former Eva,
Grey County for an
outstanding contribution to
education during the '
previous school year.
His grandmother, Mrs.
Mary Robinson of Brantford
also survives as does a
brother Don McNeil of
Brussels and a sister Mrs.
Ron (Shirley) Higgins of
Stratford. He, was pre-
deceased by one daughter in
infancy.
The family received
friends at the Tanner and"
Pearson Fnneral Home,
Walkerton where funeral
services were held. Sunday,
October 12 at 2 p.m. Burial
was in the Brussels
cemetery.
Memorial donations to the.
Walkerton Legion. Pipe Band
or the charity of one's choice
were gratefully, L5know-

sympathy.'
