" Officers and Directors of
the Brussels Agricultural
Society met in the Litirary on
Monday, August 18 where
they discussed the possibilty
of the 'Brussels fair queen
going to Lucknovv, and
discussed getting the Ken
Scott Orchestra for a dance
on July 18, 1981.
They also talked about
plans for this year's Brussels
'fair including getting a night
watchman, cutting the grass,
advertising, gateman and
collector on Tuesday
evening, September 16. It
was decided to pay the
liability insurance premium
of $137.
Clean-up day for this
year's .fair is to be held on
September 8 at 10 o'clock.

their ponds for water and the

for the firemen. Thank you so

get the barn back in order to
milk the cows that night.
