ed bidding. "I suppose this
bird talks," he said to the
auctioneer. "Talks?" replied
the auctioneer. "He's been
bidding against you for the
last ten minutes!"
"Where did you get that
pretty redlair?" a small girl
was asked..
"I think I got it from my
Daddy," she replied. "Mom
still has hers."
"I'm sorry, but we won't
be able to use you any
longer," said the boss to one
of his employees,. "but it
should give you a great deal
of satisfaction to know it's
costing. us $200,000 to re-
place you with a computer."
