Relatives came from Strat- ford, 'Monkton, Mitchell and. East Wawanosh. All enjoyed a smorgasbord dinner and supper. A bus- iness meeting was conducted by the president Kenneth Scott of Mitchell. Mrs. Elle een Cinning of Stratford was appointed, secretary. treasurer for .the next two years. 1981 reunion will' be held: in Wingham on the fourth Saturday In July. Games were conducted by Douglas Osborne of Monk- ton. PERSONALS Mr. and Mrs. Jake Mull- wyk of Fonthill called on Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Stonehouse and were dinner guests with Mrs. Helen Martin on Thurs- day afternoon. Dr. C.A. and Mrs. Myers of Saskatoon and Mr. and Mrs. Robert Richmond of Brussels visited on Sunday evening with Mr. and Mrs. Bert Johnson. Mr. Ernie Rymer and Mr. and Mrs. Bill Rymer of St. Catharines visited on Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. Ross Taylor. Quite a number of people from this community attend- ed "Appreciation Night" in the Teeswater Community Centre for Dr. Philip and Mrs. Leahy and their family of Teeswater. Members from Calvin.. Brick United Church and Knox United Church, joined with the congregation of Knox Presbyterian Church on Sunday morning. Their ministers Rev. Kenneth Innes of Brussels), conducted the service reading scripture from 1st, Corinthians chapter 8 and Luke 18, 9-14 using as his theme "Need to feel guilty." Mrs. Tom Cronin of Blyth was guest soloist who sang "Fill My Cup Lord" and "Near to the Heart of God" accompanied on the piano by the church organist Mrs. William, Dalrymple of Blyth. Sheila Anderson is attend- ing CaMp Menesetung this week as' a councillor for the Junior Girls and Boys Camp. Mr. and. Mrs. Sam Piet& and Mr. and Mrs. Hugh Armstrong of Teeswater re- cently returned from a trip to Manitoulin Island and other points of Northern Ontario. They called on Mr. and' Mrs. Milton Jessup of Sturgeon Falls. Carl and Adam MacLen- nan of Kitchener spent a few holidays with their grand- parents Mr. and Mrs. George. Mr. Grant McBurne-y, Renee and Stephen of Ottawa spent the week-end with his ' parents Mr. and Mrs. Jack McBurney. Area wedding MeGEE — RAE • Christine Vicky Rae, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Don Rae of Wingham and James Robert McGee, son of Mr. and Mrs. George McGee of R.R3, Wingham, were married in. Wingham United Church by Rev. John G. Roberts on July 5. The bride was attended by maid of honour Stephanie Rae of Kitchener, and bridesmaids Rae Robinson, Marlene McGee and Kim Rae, all of Wingham. The ring bearer was the groom's nephew, Kevin Logan, and Jennie Remington was the flower girl. The groomsman was Grant McMurchy of R.R. 3, Clarksburg and ushers were Rae Robinson, Jack Ohm and Richard Ohm of Wingham. The organist was Hap Swatridge and the soloist was Mary Lee. A reception was held at the Wingham Legion. Hall. Following a wedding trip to Niagara Falls, the couple will reside at R.R.3, WinRham.
