Nursing Homes are often thought of, and unjustly so • as places where elderly individuals line the walls and sit for h9urs star- ing into space and where the future is a mixture of bore- dont , and frustration. Al- though this used to be a common sight, administrat- ors and staff have :come to , realize that this need not • be--it is neither desirable nor'! necessary.
