Easter theme.

conducted the business part
of the meeting. The minutes
were read and adopted and
Mrs. Helen Martin gave the
Easter U.C.W.
The. Easter meeting of,
the afternoon unit of the
U,C.W. was , .held at _the
Copeland Home, Wingham
with the seniors there as our
guests. ,
To open the meeting, Mrs.
Cecil Cotiltes chose a poem
entitled' "Follow Mei" with
Mrs. George Johnston at the
organ.
Mrs. Leslie Bolt brought
the Easter message. She
dwelt on the Lord's supper
using .the picture, Last
Supper by Da Vinci, which
depicts the reaction of the
disciples to Jesus statement,
"Truly I say 'to you, one of
you will betray me, one who
is eating with me."
Mrs. Bolt continued with 'a
reading "Hands" then told
the story of the masterpiece

meet
The fifth meeting of the
Belgrave 1 "Nifty Knotters"
was held on March 24 in the
Belgrave Institute Hall.
Members ' discussed
personalizing our rooms with
respect to colour and texture
as well as chosing
accessories such as wall
hangings, collections, plants,
and dried flowers.
The leaders explained the
different types of hangers
and how to hang a picture.
Members each cut out
paint, wallpapers and carpet,
samples to complete our
room colour scheme.

Our guest will be Mr. Stan Crookall. Mr. Crookall is
an artist who paints on • Biblical themes. His
presentation, in which he displays many of his best
known works, is a uniquely inspiring message.
He will be accompanied by his son who will be adding
his musical talents to the service.
The Sunday School children will be participating in
the service which will appeal to all ages. Please come.
