Public School last week. The
projects were set up on
Wednesday, March 26th and
judged the same day. The
displays, were, open for the
public to view on. Thursday,
March 27th, and Friday,
March 28th. Students from

The Bedside Knotters met
March 24 in 'the East
Wawanosh Public School.
The words "Spring Has
Sprung" seemed to
reverberate from the silver
containers holding golden
daffodils and greenery in the
sanctuary of Knox United
Church, Belgrave on Sunday
morning. The special service
was planned to dedicate the
new piano which had been
purchased from donations to
the "In Memoriam" funds.
An organ and piano
prelude of sacred selections
was presented by Mrs.
George Procter, church
organist and Mrs. George
Members played the
Decorator's Dilemma game.
The leaders checked
members' 'maladjustments
could be made before
achievement day in May.
Twenty Campbell relatives
gathered at the home of Mrs.
Harold Jardin on Saturday
evening for a miscellaneous
shower in honour of Miss
Sharon Cloaken bride-to•be in
May'. She received many
useful gifts.
Relatives were present
from Wingham, Brussels,
Dungannon, Goderich and
Belgrave area.
We are sorry to hear that
Mrs. Elizabeth Leslie, Leslie
Bolt and. Robert Hibberd are
all patients in the Wingham
and District Hospital.
Harold Keating is a patient
at the Rammeloo Nursing
Home, Blyth.
Clifford Coultes and
Harold Jardin were able to
return to their homes on
Sunday after being patients
in the Wingham and District
Hospital.
Mrs. Albert Coultes who
has spent the winter months
in Listowel returned home
.on Saturday.
Mr. and Mrs. Ron Learn of
Richmond Hill and Mr. and
Mrs.' Ross Yuill of Elmira
visited on Saturday evening
with Mr. and Mrs. Clarence
Yuill.
Mr. and Mrs. Don Rae,
Jamie and Ian were week end
visitors with her parents Mr.
Johnston, 'pianist.
The large choir of mixed
voices rendered the
traditional anthem "The Old
Rugged Cross."
Rev. John G. Roberts
dedicated the piano to "the
glory and praise of God" as
the congregation
remembered those for whom
the donations had been
given.
The minister stated that
the gospels written by the
disciples are not biographies
of Jesus life.
