Smiles
Anybody who thinks tele-
vision has destroyed conver-
sation in the home isn't
frying to listen to his favorite
program.
A writer went to see the
editor of a magazine and told
'Here's the short story
I offered you last year.
"What's the idea of bring-
ing this back when I rejected
it last year?" asked the
editor.
"Well," said the writer,
"you've had a year's exper-
ience since then."
It takes about 2,000 bolts
to hold a car together and
one nut to' scatter them all
over the highway.
